Professionalism.  As a realtor in Southern California for almost 15 years, Cathy Izumo knows that buying or selling a home involves making critical decisions about a client's most important investment.  With her expertise and knowledge, she helps her clients make well informed decisions by spending time listening and consulting, knowing that every client has specific goals and desires.  She builds client trust and loyalty with her upfront honesty and real desire for win-win results.  Cathy is dedicated to being there for her clients.  This attitude of dedication and hard work has created a multitude of satisfied clients over her career. 

Education/Memberships.  Cathy places a very high importance on continuing education knowing that staying abreast of market trends is a real value to her clients.  Cathy continually attends professional seminars and courses.  She has taken courses for the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and recently acquired her ASP (Acredited Staging Professional) designations.  Cathy is currently taking courses for a CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) designation.  She is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Board of Realtors. 

Community.  With a strong belief in community involvement, she has volunteered at her daughters' schools every year for the past 15 years.  Cathy is currently a committee member of the Palos Verdes High School Booster Organization and a member of the PTSA, has served as Assistant Troop Leader for Girls Scouts for 12 years, and is a Patroness in the National Charity League.  Cathy has volunteered for the Revlon Run/Walk for 6 years, serving as a captain for 3 years and is currently involved with the start up of a youth lacrosse league in her community.

Personal.  Cathy is married and has two children.  Henry, her husband of 26 years, is a CPA and has his own firm in Torrance.  Her eldest daughter, Ashlyn, is currently a junior at the University of Notre Dame.  Her younger daughter, Kelsey, is a senior at Palos Verdes High School.

Keller Williams.  Cathy joined Keller Williams Palos Verdes Realty in July, 2003.  Prior to joining KWPV, she was with Remax Palos Verdes Realty and Seven Seas Investments.  She has been a member of KWPV’s Agent Leadership Council for 3 of the past 4 years and is a core partner in the Keller Williams Palos Verdes Realty office.
